Early registration prices are for payments received 30 days or more before the course.  Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the course.  For cancellations with less than 30 days notice, you may substitute another person for the program or transfer your registration to another START Rescue Training program within one year.  If START Rescue Training is unable to conduct the training program due to illness or physical disability or regulations of public authorities, labor difficulties or any other cause beyond its control, START will be liable only for the full registration fee.

 Class size is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first-come first-paid basis.  The price for the rescue program will include all necessary training equipment, handouts and Certification of Training.  Students are required to supply ankle-supported boots, leather gloves, safety glasses and hard-hat.
